For firms that sell regulatory, certification or circularity services to textile companies in Europe
PARTNERS

Be the first call they make.

Resrcle shows a textile company which European rules reach it, country by country, with the dates. The day it finds one it cannot close on its own, somebody has to be called. One firm per category is the name on that screen.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE

Last month a supplier in Germany refused to sell to a company in Spain. Neither of them called a lawyer.

The buyer needed the material. The seller had it. Both of them wanted the sale, and it did not happen, because neither was sure what the new packaging regulation required and being wrong felt more expensive than losing the order. We heard it from a member of our own community, three weeks after PPWR started applying.

Someone in your firm could have answered that question in twenty minutes. Nobody was asked.

You already know who your clients are. You have written the articles, run the webinars and paid for the stand at the sector fair. And the companies that needed you that week were not reading any of it, because a company does not search for help with a rule it does not know applies to it.

THE CALENDAR

Your market has a calendar. It is not the one you are selling against.

Textile EPR did not arrive as one European law. The revised Waste Framework Directive set a floor and left each of the 27 member states to write its own, on its own timetable. France has run textile EPR since 2007. Italy made separate textile collection mandatory in January 2022. The Netherlands started in 2023. Most of the rest land between June 2027 and April 2028.

Every one of those dates is a group of companies that need registration, documentation and advice, in one country, inside one quarter.

They do not start looking the day the law is published. They start looking the day something stops: a customer sends a questionnaire, a shipment is held at a border, an invoice arrives from a national scheme. Your marketing spend sits on the first date. The work happens on the second.

THE MECHANISM

We built the day they find out.

A company tells Resrcle what it makes, where it is registered and which countries it sells into. The platform reads that against the European rules and the national framework of each of those markets, and gives back a short list instead of a library.

The screen below belongs to an Italian manufacturer. Two items are marked overdue. Registration as a producer in the Italian EPR scheme for textiles, due 1 July 2025. The annual declaration of textile volumes placed on the market, due 1 August 2025. Neither of them can be closed by the company on its own.

That is the moment. One firm per category is named on it.

WHERE YOU APPEAR

Not a logo. A name, at the moment of the problem.

Inside the gap.
When a company opens an obligation it cannot resolve alone, your firm appears as the recommended provider for that category, with what you do and a way to reach you.
A named introduction.
When a user asks us for help in your category, we introduce you by name, with their consent, to a person who has already written down what their problem is.
In the knowledge centre.
Your material sits where companies go to understand a rule, with your name on it.
In the launch.
You are named in the equity crowdfunding campaign we are preparing on Republic Europe, and in the press material around it.
In the product decisions.
You see features before they ship and you tell us what your clients are actually asking for.
YOUR SIDE

What we ask from you, besides the fee.

One thing for free for Resrcle users. A first consultation, an entry diagnostic, or a discount on your standard engagement. You choose what it is and you set the limit.

That free thing is what makes the introduction work. It gives us a reason to put you in front of the user that is not advertising, and it gives the user a reason to take the call. What happens after that is a normal commercial conversation between you and them, and we do not take a cut of it.

THE OFFER

One category. One partner. Twelve months.

The first two partners to sign get twenty-four months at the same price.

You would be buying a category before the platform has traction, and the second year is what that is worth.

Exclusivity holds for the full term. If a legal firm takes slot 01, no other legal firm enters, at any price, while the agreement is live.

The term starts when the platform reaches 100 active companies, not on the day you sign. If that takes us longer than we expect, you do not lose months of exposure.

Where we actually are, before you ask.

You are going to open the platform, so there is no point in describing it as something it is not.

What works today. A company can register, build its profile, see the obligations that apply to it market by market, and generate reports. You can try it yourself before you talk to us, with no call and no card.

What is being built. The engine that keeps the national frameworks current across all 27 member states, plus the modules still marked coming soon: traceability and certifications.

The community. About 250 consultants, researchers and SME founders have worked with us over five years. They are contacts, not users.

Revenue. None yet. The pilot is free.

What is behind us. Five years of R&D, funded by NextGenerationEU, the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, and Invitalia. That money was given against results, and the results are the platform you can open right now.

If what you need is a channel already producing volume, this is not it yet, and the price would be very different if it were.

The crowdfunding campaign, in proportion.

We are preparing an equity crowdfunding campaign on Republic Europe. Partners are named in it and in the press material around it, and that is worth something.

It runs for a few weeks. The category is yours for a year, and the introductions keep coming after the campaign is over.

Questions you are probably about to ask.

How many introductions will I actually get?

Today, few, and we will not invent a number. What we commit to is that every user who asks for help in your category comes to you, and that no competitor of yours is in the platform while your agreement is live. If volume matters more to you than position, wait six months and pay more.

What happens if Resrcle does not make it?

You lose €5,000 and twelve months of a position that cost you one conversation to get. That is the honest shape of the risk, and it is why the price is what it is.

Is this equity?

No. This is a commercial agreement. If you want to talk about equity, that is a different conversation and we are happy to have it, but not on this page.

Can I pay in kind?

Partly, yes. Legal support, tooling or event space can cover part of the fee. Tell us what you have and we will tell you what it is worth to us.

Can two companies share a category?

No. The whole value of the position is that there is one of you.

We are a platform, not a service firm. Does this apply to us?

Probably not, and that is good news. If you do something Resrcle does not do, traceability, surplus inventory or cataloguing, we would rather integrate than invoice you. Write to us and we will talk about an integration instead.

Somebody's name is going to be on that screen.

Five categories, one firm each. Two are in conversation now.
